Akatasia Brides wanted to showcase a well-organised product catalogue of gowns and accessories to its ideal clients worldwide. In addition, the business wanted an eCommerce website where customers could discover and purchase gowns and book appointments for in-store visits.
Akatasia was looking to carry over its personality to the proposed website to attract new customers, build a more substantial online presence and ultimately increase sales.
We had discovery sessions that helped us understand Akatasia Bride’s business goals and objectives. Even though it was apparent, we got a better understanding of who their ideal customers were. After scoping out the details, deliverables and timelines, we jumped into UX research for brands in the same industry. We created bespoke user interfaces that connect with their customers and lead them to take desired actions. The website was integrated with advanced appointment booking and management, eye-catching catalogues, and an e-commerce store to sell products online and receive payment from customers locally and internationally.
